George identifies several events that happened on Preparation Day. It is noted that three of the gospels- Matthew, Mark, and Luke – all SEEM to place Jesus at the Passover meal. A thorough study shows that Jesus was in the grave prior to Passover so therefore he could NOT have celebrated the Passover. John’s gospel has no conflicts and presents us a consistent, verifiable timeline that shows us the 3 days and 3 nights that Jesus spent in the tomb. George notes that it is impossible to reconcile all of the gospel verses the way they have been translated.
